I would like to take this time to pay attention to all the small and big details.
My heart is filled with joy and appreciation. I would like to take this time to thank each and every one of you.
The concierge stats is the first greeting that you receive when you walk into the front entrance. I have never walked in the morning and Nancy has not greeted me or my family with a smile and a warm personality. The concierge department pays attention to all the big and small details when we call in for assistance or placing orders for our loved ones. I have never had any of those not met.
Patty from day one when my mother and I came there for our tour you were very pleasant and patient with my mother and I. Stole our hearts from the very beginning. We have been through some ups and downs, medication changes, and challenges you and the team have remain nothing but professional and Gentle with my mother care. Thank you for all you do.
Versey, I don’t really know what her title is, but I see her being a great assistant to the nursing staff. all of the residents there you have been nothing but patient and kind with my mother treating her with respect and dignity.
Nursing staff, I know the beginning with my mom was kind of rough because she was very new and didn’t understand Her new environment it took a while for her to get acclimated into. I would love to say thank you Nurse and staff. You guys are truly a wonderful group of women Demonstrate professionalism pride about what you’re doing. you have managed to make my mom feel Accept it and cared for under your watch. Each one of you have a very special relationship with her rather it be her driving you crazy at times and laughing with her in the hall or at her apartment door when you’re passing her medication. I know it’s not easy, but she means well.
The maintenance guys I just want to say you guys are amazing. Whenever there’s an order place for my mom, you guys show up and you show off. I’ve been there and watch you interact with my mother. She is very comfortable with you guys coming into her apartment and providing service for her. You talk to her as though she were family And that makes me feel very comfortable. Thank you maintenance guys.
The kitchen staff oh my goodness you guys have really been amazing as well witnessing a lot of my moms changes and challenges due to medication changes. I would like to thank you for your patience and understanding and providing service for my mom.
Gina activities, your smile you’re warmth your professionalism. It’s amazing. My mom really talks about you when she interacts with you and she does participate in somebody activities when she’s willing to see you interacting with all the other residents there making each person feel very special and individualized although they’re working in a group. Thank you, Gina
Last but not least, I would like to give a very special thanks to Nurse, Karen Jackson, for her outstanding patience and personal touch of care with my mother. Making her feel comfortable accepted, understood. When I say pay attention to those big and small details, there are no words for you. You listen, and you understand.
You make things happen. You have been extremely exceptional when it has come to the care for my mother. I know that you provide the service for each and every person that you come in contact with I have no doubt.
The communication between you myself, my mom‘s doctor and the pharmacist, the referrals the late night calls the early morning calls. All of the med changes all of the emotions emotional breakdowns you have paid attention to all. You have stepped in for me to exert my mother to get her mammogram when I couldn’t show up for her because of my crazy schedule. I think you for all those very precious moments.
To sum it all up no one can talk bad about this place to me. This is a special well kept secret here in North County. You all are truly amazing people that make this organization what it is.
